1. You contact us either by phone or email so we can get some details about you eg, location, number of staff etc. This is so we can advise you on the most suitable machine for you.
2. A time is arranged best suited to you so one of our sales representatives can drop in and answer all your questions.
3. We send out one of our qualified service staff to install the machine in just minutes (if the machine is plumbed it will take a little longer).
4. The machine is configured to your chosen preferences with helpful advice from one of our staff.
5. You're trained in the process of how the machine works and how to create the different styles of coffee. Don't worry, it's easy.
6. Fortnightly, we will come out to clean and maintain the machine and make sure that everything is OK.
7. If needed, consumables will be refilled and replaced eg coffee beans, sugar, chocolate, stirrers (at clients expense).
8. If you have any problems with the machine we will send someone out to rectify it as soon as possible, usually the same day. Remember, if it's advice you need you can call us 7 days a week and we will be glad to answer any of your questions.
